Antonio Pierce, the new head coach of the Raiders, is looking for a new offensive coordinator.

The bulk of the team’s offensive personnel, including interim offensive coordinator Bo Hardegree, will not be around in 2024, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media.

Despite a few strong performances, Las Vegas’ offense underperformed under head coach Hardegree as well as under former head coach Josh McDaniels. In terms of total yards, the Raiders ended No. 27 and 23 in terms of points. In the team’s 63-point victory over the Chargers in Week 15, the unit did find plenty of success. Following the midseason firing of McDaniels and former offensive coordinator Mick Lombardi, Hargedree was brought on board as the team’s quarterbacks coach in 2022.
