Alice Martinez, age 71, loving mother of four daughters, and adoring wife to husband Manuel Martinez, passed away on November 14, 2023 after a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Alice was born June 25th, 1952, in Austin, TX. to parents Eliso Davila and Catherine Reglado.
In the beautiful chapters of her love story, Alice met her soulmate, Manuel. They exchanged vows December 22nd, 1990 and together they built a life with overflowing love and joy. They shared over 30 years of togetherness and a bond fortified by 33 years of marriage.

Alice was loved by many and known as life of the party. She was the first one on the dance floor and ready to do any and every line dance. She danced like no one was watching. If they don’t have Mexican music in Heaven, they will now! Alice loved her Dallas Cowboys #DC4Life!!! She loved them so much she named every dog she had Cowboy. Alice was a true fashionista and looked good everywhere she went. She was a fireball, she lived and loved fiercely. “Siempre Firme”
Alice’s legacy lives through her cherished daughters: Vanessa Flores, Veronica Davila, Trixie Dunning and Tracy Vasquez; 13 grand children, 10 great grand children along with her siblings Lillie Baldovino, Rosa Guzman, Chris Guzman, Jesse Guzman, Robert Davila, Dora Davila and Sylvia Davila; and 3 bonus daughters: Cindy Martinez, Marivel Martinez and Erica Garcia along with 5 son-in-laws: Gilbert Flores, Dewayne Dunning, Fidel Duron, Santos Escobedo and

Preceded in death by her parents Eliso Davila and Catherine Reglado, and siblings Frank Guzman, Beatrice Davila and Richard Davila.
We know that we can’t have you but we’re happy knowing that the angels have finally got you back. Goodbye to a wonderful woman and a beautiful mother.
There will be a service for those who would like to say their last goodbye to Alice. Visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Home Sunday, November 19, 2023, 6:00 PM

to 7:00 PM. A Rosary will be held in Sanders Memorial Chapel on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at 7:00 PM. A celebration of her life will be 10:00 AM Monday, November 20, 2023, in Sanders Memorial Chapel with Father John Restrepo officiating. Graveside services will follow in Miller Crematory.
